Run 3 miles, Bike 6 miles, Swim 400 meters in the oldest running pool triathlon in the country .
Course
RUN
3 miles
The three mile run traverses campus, winding by Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Boling basketball arena. A fairly hilly run with water stops at miles 1 and 2.
BIKE
6 miles
A two lap tour of campus with a few rollers broken up by a flat section along Neyland Drive.
SWIM
400 meters
This will be an outdoor pool swim at the Student Aquatic Center, with time trial start--swimmers start one at a time every 5 seconds, with the fastest swimmers starting first. Participants will swim up one lane, down another, up the next and continuing on as they traverse the pool for 400 meters. The pool is heated.
